Welcome to New Horizons Adult Family Home

Our home in Mountlake Terrace is a warm and compassionate residence for individuals needing 24 hour supervision and assistance.  Our services include private rooms with cable, optional telephone, community rooms, home cooking, activities, and personal attention.

We provide assisted living for elderly or disabled persons who need help with daily living, medications, or have special requirements such as dementia care.  Each resident receives a professional assessment of their physical, medical, and social needs.

We have been licensed in Snohomish County, Washington since 1990.  Our motto is "Care with Dignity" because we believe that every person deserves our sincere concern and respect.
